Allow Camera and Microphone
To use Telehealth you must allow the webpage to use your camera and microphone so your provider can see you.
I accidentally told it to NOT ALLOW my camera and microphone
Not a problem, in most browsers you can click on the lock and allow it from there.
I cannot use Telehealth, What Now??
No Problem, let our office know at 740-635-7792 and we will make arrangements with your provider for a phone appointment.
I only want to talk via email
This is not advisable but we can still work with you. If you contact our office and give us your email we can sign you up on our Patient Portal and you can send Secured Private messages to your provider whenever you need. Your provider can review your messege and get back to you.
